Powder Blue – The Trailer… PDF Print E-mail

featuring Jessica Biel naked.

Now this looks like a good movie my friend. And not just because Jessica Biel (owner of one of Hollywood’s hottest bodies and possibly the best bum) gets naked. The cast is phenomenal, featuring some of my best, although often overlooked actors - Ray Liotta and Forest Whitaker.

From imdb:

Four Los Angelenos -- a mortician, an ex-con, a suicidal ex-priest, and a stripper -- are brought together on Christmas Eve by a mixture of circumstances.

Can you believe that?! People from LA are known as Los Angeleons, or Angelenos for short. I love that! Though it does beg the question, what exactly is the collective plural for people from San Diego? Sandiagans? Sandiagos?

Anyway, back to the movie. You can get a more detailed breakdown at imdb. If you don’t feel like reading, and really at this time in the morning who does, check out the trailer below.

Now that is a Christmas movie I am looking forward to. Although we will probably only get it in July. Just in time for Christmas in July really. Perfect.

Jess…

I’m waiting for you baby.

I’m right here.

Steven Segal Vs. Vampires… PDF Print E-mail
Written by Nash

There was absolutely no need for a subheading after a headline like that. Let’s break it down.

Steven Segal.

Vampires.

Ok, now using the power of your mind put those two elements back together again, but in a fight situation, against each other.

Steven Segal Vs. Vampires.

SICK!

Steven Segal - Against the Dark...

It’s a widely known fact that I love Steven Segal. I love Steven Segal almost as much as I love vampires, maybe even the same, possibly more, depending on what movie I have just watched. But probably not as much.

Anyway, Steve hasn’t really broken away from fighting the good fight against the commi bastards, Chinese/Japanese mafia/army, corrupt cops, or terrorists threatening the USA. He enjoys those rolls and there is nothing wrong with that. He didn’t become one of the best actors in the world by choosing crap movies.

Obviously as one of the most accomplished and talented actors, in the world, Steve can pick and choose the movies he wants to star in. He never has to do a movie. He never has to do anything he doesn’t want to do. Lately though, he has now chosen to do is expand his movie genre.

Steve has chosen to take on vampires, possibly the coolest things in the world – EVER. Below is the basic plot.

Katana master Tao (Steven Segal) leads a special ops squad of ex-military vigilantes on a massacre mission, their target: vampires. On the post-apocalyptic globe, sucked dry by bloodthirsty vampires, a few remaining survivors are trapped in an infected hospital. Tao is their only hope and he knows the only cure is execution. Now it's time for the last stand against the flesh-eating vampires and there's nothing left to lose but the last of humanity.

Hectic! Steve has to save a post-apocalyptic globe sucked dry by vampires, and there is nothing left to lose but the last of humanity. That’s not really that much to lose, but I’m sure he will still put up a good fight.

Personally, I’m glad he didn’t choose and alien theme. I’m just not that into aliens. Vampires are just much cooler and they are real, which makes the move that much more believable.

Against the Dark will go straight to DVD and be released next year February.

It’s happening people. Believe it.

I’m amped.

the perfect combination.

I came across (not on) this clip today. It's quite funny. Enjoyable, you know. Nothing exceptionally funny.

But it did remind me of one of my best Will Ferrell moments, starring Stiffler, a mullet, a dressing gown and a tranqu gun.

Ah, I LOVE that scene!

"Yea, it is cool...they say it can puncture the skin of a rhino from...BOOM!!"

Love it!

PS. I know not all of you can watch videos, and I have been putting up quite a few lately. I have just been extremely busy of late. I'll sort you out soon baby.

Soon.

Days of Wrath... PDF Print E-mail

staring Fez the hippie.

I must say, this doesn't look too bad. Say, for example, I was "sick" at home as a result of the bottle of whiskey bad seafood I had the night before, and went to rent a DVD, I would definitely be keen to grab this one. It looks like the perfect on-the-couch-with-a-hangover movie. It's categorized as a "drama" which I think is pushing things a little.

Have a look.

Anyway, the reason for this post is the main actor. Did you recognise him? No? It's Fez from That 70s Show, silly.

 Fez...

Ya I know, crazy! During the trailer I kept waiting for the dude to drop a line with a lisp or make an inappropriate sexual reference.

I'll reserve my final judgment till after I see the movie. Of course I'll have to get horribly drunk the night before I watch it, you know, to ensure I am in the right frame of mind and cruising in sloth mode.

I'll let you know how it goes.

'Role Models' The Trailer... PDF Print E-mail

prepare to laugh.

You must watch this trailer for two reasons, firstly, for the mother joke in the first few seconds. Secondly, for the drawing a little kid does of Beyonce pouring sugar on his dick. There are a few other good moments but not as good as these two.

During the first half of the trailer I was super keen to watch the movie, buy by the end it felt a little too fluffy for my liking. A little too motivational and cuddly. I much preferred it in the beginning when the mother jokes and “fucks” were flying around. I also particularly enjoyed the Harry Potter comment. Have a look for yourself.

I think I’ll wait for it to come to DVD, and by DVD I mean a pirated copy. Not that I don’t think it will be enjoyable. It looks awesome, it’ll just be that much better on the couch, with a tight one and a glass of scotch.
