Kubrick’s One-Point Perspective
It’s the simple things about the internet that I love so much. Like how someone can take one point of interest and expand on it until it’s something awesome, all on it’s own. Like memes I suppose, but I’m referring more to things like Tarantino // FROM BELOW and Wes Anderson // FROM ABOVE. An idea, or in this case a certain shot that someone has puled from a variety of the directors movies. Here’s a new on to add to the pile, Kubrick’s One-Point Perspective.

I watched The Shining while house sitting my bosses place about a month ago. It is still the most haunting horror, just the way Kubrick builds the tension, lets face it, if you just had to watch the last 10-15 min it runs like a standard slasher flick. Its the lead up that make it frightening. Nice one Nash
