Early Morning Willy Tingler: MASSIVE Rope Swing

It’s not often that I find the Willy Tinglers appealing, even in the slightest, but this one has me wanting to do it, but also….cry, like a little school girl, at the thought of having to run off the edge of the rockface. A perfectly good rockface I may add. One that I could quite easily enjoy the view from, whilst drinking some chilled white wine maybe. With some friends, none of whom have music playing from their cellphones – my posse don’t ruin magic moments like that. I just don’t see the need to hurl myself over the edge. It does look like a hell of a lot of fun though.

Experience Freedom

Here’s a nice mild willy tingler to start your Thursday off with. I say it’s mild because everything is in slow motion and no one really lingers on the cliff edge before they jump. That’s what really gets me, the standing around on really high ledges/building edges, etc. My brain just does not compute. This video though, is quite beautiful.

Zambia To Shut Down After Aussie’s Bungee Cord Snaps

Look, shit happens. Bungee cords break, cars crash, pilots bring tons of metal and hundreds of people to a safe stop with no landing gear…or runway, we get over these things. Well most of us do. Like this chick who fell over 100 metres into the Zambezi after her bungee cord snapped. I mean, cool story, for a while. But she had to be Australian, and we all know how much they like to talk up a story. Now we’re never going to hear the end of it, the Vic Falls bungee operator will probably close down soon, shit, if she keeps this up Zambia may have to close down.

Humans Are Nuts

This clip pretty much captures just how insane humans are. We’re more than happy to fly to the endges of our atmosphere and then hurl ourselves out of a moving aircraft, face first, toward the rock hard surface of the earth, with nothing more than cut of light material between us and whatever happens after we die. Well, some of us, I doubt you’ll catch me doing this…it’s the heights issue you see.

Willy Tingler: Slack Lining & BASE Jumping Maddness

Look, I can handle some of the base jumping clips, some of the hight things, but this is a little too much. These dudes just hanging all about, with NO parachutes (some of the time), on slack lines like they’re above a pool filled with marshmallows. Haven’t they seen Cliff Hanger? Equipment isn’t always to be trusted. I literally had a tingly feeling in my belly, just above my shaft, throughout this entire clip.
