Not On My Watch! The Mark Wahlberg Meme

If you haven’t already heard about Marky Mark and how 9/11 would have gone down if he was there then firstly, where the hell have you been and secondly, you’re in for a treat. Basically he said, in Men’s Health (how the printed it I do not know) “If I was on that plane with my kids, it wouldn’t have went down like it did. There would have been a lot of blood in that first-class cabin and then me saying, ‘OK, we’re going to land somewhere safely, don’t worry.‘” Obviously the Yanks lost their fucken minds over this, Wahlberg appologised and then the meme was created, because that’s how the internet works.

This was his apology:

“I would never disrespect the victims of 9/11 or their families. It was completely misunderstood. My only intention was to explain the fact that I would do anything to protect my family – I would put myself in harms way to protect my family or innocent people. That was it.”

Ha! Amazing! Seeing as he’d put himself in harms way to protect the innocent a pretty amusing meme popped up, of Mark protecting shit.
